Payments:

A 50% of final price deposit is due at the time of booking

This deposit is non-refundable

The full payment must be fulfilled on the day of the shoot or before.

Tardiness:

THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELLED IF MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE.

An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late.

Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to make your photo session, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee.

72 hours advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session.

Guests:

Guests are by no means required, but the are encouraged to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Please keep the number of guests between 1-3 persons.

Makeup artists/Hairstylists are welcomed on set.

Photographer is not responsible for supplying any additional props, accessories prior to, or during booking.

Turn Around Time:

After favorites have been chosen and you have let the Photographer know, there is a 7-14 business day window for the final edits to be returned.

Business days are Monday-Friday

Image Proofs:

Unedited images are sent after the shoot and the client has a 1-5 day window to respond with the chosen favorites.

Shoot Preparation:

• Have your appointment hours in advance

• Double check with friends that are attending

• Assure outfits fit before shoot date

• Look up poses on Pinterest

• Be ready to have fun!
